1. Project Origin: Born for Future Command Scenarios

We established three core design principles:

Futuristic Appearance: Adopting rigid geometric lines and matte metal texture, paired with blue ambient light strips, to create a sci-fi command cabin visual experience while maintaining industrial-grade durability.

Ergonomic Interaction: The curved console fits the operating posture, with multi-screen partition display. The layout of buttons and interfaces is repeatedly simulated to ensure fatigue-free long-term operation.

Modular Expansion: Supports flexible addition or reduction of screen numbers, interface types, and computing modules, adapting to customized needs of different industry scenarios.

3. R&D Breakthroughs: From Drawings to Physical Prototype

Structural Design Phase: Optimized load-bearing and heat dissipation structures through 3D modeling and mechanical simulation, ensuring stable equipment operation; meanwhile, reserved cable management channels to solve complex wiring problems.

Hardware Integration Phase: Completed the integration of multi-screen display system, touch interaction module, and ambient light system, achieving stable signal transmission and low-latency operation.

Prototype Testing Phase: Produced the first physical prototype and conducted 72-hour continuous load testing in the factory environment to verify core indicators such as heat dissipation, shock resistance, and operation fluency, and iteratively optimized structural details based on test issues.

Appearance Polishing Phase: Adjusted the metal surface treatment process and optimized the brightness and color matching of light strips to achieve the best balance between technological sense and professionalism.

4. Achievement Presentation: More Than Equipment, a Decision-Making Hub

The final delivered intelligent console not only realizes parallel multi-task processing and real-time data visualization, but also becomes the visual core of the command center with its highly futuristic appearance.
